Registration:
Booth registrations must be received by February 14, 2020 for inclusion in the printed conference program. Reservations for booth space will be accepted after this date, if space is available.

Continuing from 2019
MIX & MINGLE: The main purpose of this hour long event is to introduce our attendees to the various vendors in the exhibit hall. Attendees will move around the exhibit hall talking with vendors to gain professional development credit hours. At the end of the hour, prizes will be awarded. More details will be provided closer to the conference. This event is eligible for Act 48 credit for participants .
IN-BOOTH VENDOR PRESENTATION: Vendor presentations will take place in the vendor booths this year to encourage attendees to connect with vendors. There will be several 20 minute time slots available during open exhibit times. Priority will be given to sponsors when assigning presentation times prior to January 17, 2020. Presentations will be listed in our program.
GOLDEN TICKET: Each attendee will receive a golden ticket that will encourage them to visit each booth and receive a star on their ticket. Once they are filled, the attendee may turn it in as a chance for a raffle.
